We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you and any changes will apply to subsequent orders received. Order confirmationWe will obtain confirmation of payment from paypal before your order can be accepted. Once confirmed we will send order confirmation and expected delivery date to the e-mail address you have supplied to us. Your privacyWe adhere strictly to the requirements of the UK Data Protection Act 1998. We will retain your personal data to enable us to provide the services you have requested from us. In addition, we may use your name and contact details to inform you of other products and services that we offer. We will not pass your details to any other company. DeliveryDelivery applies to UK Mainland addresses only. For any other destination please contact info@reclaimedenjoyment for a quote. Most deliveries will be made within 14 days but allow up to 28 days. You will be advised when you place your order on an exact delivery date. Pricing and paymentThe price you pay is the price displayed on our website at the time we receive your order, and will be clearly stated on your order confirmation. Methods of payment available include Paypal, Direct Bank Transfer, cheque and postal order. All goods will remain the property of Reclaimed Enjoyment until paid for in full. Exchanges and returnsWe want you to share our passion for the products you've chosen. So if for any reason you are unhappy with them, please contact us within seven days of receiving your purchases, and provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging we will give you a full refund. We'll give you a full refund if you change your mind before delivery. But if you've already received delivery of your items, we will deduct the cost of postage from your refund. Refunds will only be processed once the items have been received and checked. All returns must be made within 14 days.
